Stefano BOSI (MSH Paris-Saclay, UEVE/EPEE)

Stefano BOSI (born in 1965) is full professor of economics since September 2006. Presently, he works at the University of Evry - Val d’Essonne (UEVE). He is a specialist of mathematical economics. More precisely, he works on the dynamic general equilibrium theory applied to monetary and financial issues (self-fulfilling prophecies, bubbles) and to environmental questions (bifurcations).

Stefano BOSI has been deputy head for Linguistics (Section 34) and for Economics and Management Sciences (Section 37) at the Institute for Humanities and Social Sciences (INSHS) of the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) from 2011 to 2015. From 2012 to 2016, he has also directed the research unit in economics (EPEE) of the University of Evry. Since 2015, he is the Vice-President in charge of the Institutional Relationships and, since January 2016, President of the Academic Council (CAC) in the same university.

Julie BULTEAU (UVSQ/CEARC)

Julie Bulteau is associate professor in Economics at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines since 2012. After defending her PhD thesis entitled “Sustainable mobility in urban area: efficiency and prospects of environmental policies” at the University of Nantes in 2009, she did a post-doctorate within the ANR program “Sustainable City Eval PDU” (environmental Impact Assessment of a PDU and its socio-economic consequences). She was subsequently a research fellow at the Department of Transport Studies, Roads and Planning (Setra, MEDDTL, French Ministry of ecology). Her research activities link the environmental and transportation economics and focus on economic policies for sustainable mobility, microeconomic modeling tools to promote sustainable transport (congestion charges, tradable emission permits) and evaluation of transport policies and projects (urban mobility plan, road infrastructure, multimodal platform). She is currently head of Master 2 EMDS (Eco-innovation, Sustainable mobility and Society).

François Salanié is Research Director at the Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique, and associate member of IDEI. As a micro-economist, he has worked on contract theory, on individual attitudes toward risk, on public policies for the environment, and on non-exclusive competition.
